Sanxingdui is an officially protected cultural heritage. We work within legal and ethical frameworks in China to create derivative works, then localize for U.S. partners with transparent licensing.
  • Museum co-branded lines – exhibition-specific products for your shop and online store.
  • Media & streaming visuals – title sequences, interstitials, and motion graphics.

Context
What is Sanxingdui, and why does it matter?
A concise, visitor-friendly framing of Sanxingdui for audiences who may know the Terracotta Warriors but have never heard of this Bronze Age “alien.”

Sanxingdui is an archaeological site in Sichuan, China, where archaeologists uncovered a vast trove of Bronze Age artifacts: towering masks, tree-like sculptures, ritual vessels, and intricate gold decorations unlike anything else in the world.

To many visitors, the masks look almost sci-fi: huge eyes, angular faces, surreal proportions. That visual shock makes Sanxingdui a powerful bridge between ancient history, contemporary design, and speculative futures.

Our studio focuses on this exact bridge – translating the site’s mystery into clear storytelling, visual systems, and digital experiences that feel respectful, contemporary, and accessible to U.S. audiences.

We do not turn Sanxingdui into cartoon mascots. We amplify its strangeness, beauty, and historical weight in ways audiences can emotionally connect with.
